Chester Elton, called the ‘apostle of appreciation’ by Canada’s largest newspaper, is the co-author of several successful leadership books. The Carrot Principle and the orange revolution have been New York Times and #1 Wall Street Journal bestsellers, and successful leadership new book ‘All In’ was released in April 2012.

The books have been translated into more than thirty languages and have sold over a million copies worldwide.
